avoid at all costs!
This company doesn't honor their own warranty! I purchased PCM for 99 Dodge Durango and received wrong item which I was unable to install. Contacted this company straight away and claimed for an exchange under the warranty but they refused me without any reason. This company has extremely poor service, beware and avoid!

Buyer Beware
Do not buy from this company. We purchased a computer and sent in our core in exchange. They sent a computer that wasn't programmed correctly. They told us to send it back, but they refused to pay for the return shipping. The tech who examined this unit emailed us that the problem was on their end - but they still refused to refund the shipping cost. They did send a second one but it was lost in the mail. The company said it wasn't their fault that the package was lost - it was the fault of USPS and they would not help us. USPS assigned a case to it and traced it. It could not be found. USPS was going to reimburse us for the loss - but discovered that Imperial Car Exchange had not insured the item - valued at over $200. Insuring it would have cost $2.95.
We have contacted them multiple times. They have made it clear that they will do nothing to help us. They have our core and our money - a total loss of $330.00. I regret that I didn't look them up on the internet before purchasing from them. They have a F rating with the BBB, and an internet search revealed that they have many, many complaints against them. Buyer beware.

bad
I never write reviews i just always have better things to do with my time, but i made an account on this website to write this review and if it only helps one person then it is worth it.I bought a computer from them that i had for 3day,it was garbage.Took me 4 more days to get ahold of them and all they did was tell me that they wouldn't do anything for at least a week if they got there piece of junk back that i had to pay for shipping. All they care about is getting there money.Bottom line if you want your vehicle running right DONT BUY FROM them

Refused Refund
I had a bad experience with this company also.
Sent me three different computers and NONE of them would work in my 99 Dodge Dakota R/T.
I had to buy one from a scrap yard locally, have it programmed to match my vehicle and had no problems.
I also had to TOW the truck from my local mechanic to a wiring specialist, this after it sat at the mechanics for 5 weeks of farting around with these guys at Imperial.
They also kept my original computer, rebuilt it and sold it.
They are the worst company I have ever had to deal with and I STRONGLY SUGGEST NOT TO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!
