Dear Imvu,
My account IMVU account XxbabyxXboo was disabled after I have gotten off this morning. I called customer service and he told me that my account was disabled because of servey abuse. I did not understand what that mean. So he told me to make a backup account. I called back for help and they told me my account was gone and I asked her for more information and she told me that I've been doing them back to back. I have told her that I always do serveys every time i'm online and never had a problem until this week. The serveys did not give me my credits on time like they should. I tried to reload the page and do them over , but no credits. I bought a $50 to put credits on my account and it got approved and spent them. I never had a problem with IMVU for 3-4 years since i joined and this is just ridiculous. I want my account back please because I have done nothing wrong to the app and game.
