Indiatimes email is not working, we cannot access the website for indiatimes emal which is mail.indiatimes.com

This now happen for 3-4 weeks, any solution

unable to open indiatimes mail id
I am unable to open my email id ([email protected]) for the last one week. While trying to open the email id
it shows The following error was encountered while trying to retrieve the URL: http://email.indiatimes.com/zimbra/;jsessionid=9pko4ou8qf2o?loginOp=relogin&client=standard&loginErrorCode=service.AUTH_REQUIRED
Zero Sized Reply.
Pls get rid me from this problem.

How to login to inbox from home page after logging-in to Indiatimes?
I have several times attempted to login to my mail id "[email protected]" . But I have noticed my complete inability to view my inbox as I have not seen any inbox being shown. Now I have had to open another account with other mail providers to get my emails. I am surprised, that you are more into advertisements and social networking and other aspects of news and not showing Inbox tab separately on your home page, as earlier???? It is extremely disappointing !!! Have tried on several days. I find it not only astonishing but also have started recommending adversely to others too of the great problems in viewing emails here, which was not so some years years back, as I had been a regular member. Kindly respond with the solution for reaching inbox in indiatimes home page, IMMEDIATELY to my email: [email protected]. PLEASE SHOW INBOX IN BOLD LETTER AS A SEPARATE TAB AT TOP OF THE HOME PAGE OF INDIATIMES. The mail tab, on clicking, does not open despite several attempts and only opens a separate window, unfortunately.

how to reach inbox and spambox after logging to home page of indiatimes.com?
When just now I filed my complaint of "inbox not accessible on logging in", then a window popped open asking again for my login particulars ([email protected]) and with a note below to check in to my Spam if I am unable to view my mails. Am surprised with response. Why don't you instead remove your Server as many of us are not able to view inbox and see mails. Please do reply properly to my new mail id: [email protected].. Thanks you.
