FORECLOUSURE

I experienced a natural disaster in my state in August of 2011. I had damage to the house and tried to get my homeowners insurance to fix the repairs. I received a call from Indy Mac Bank from Loss Mitigation as to whether or not I was experiencing hardship and would I consider a Forbearance agreement for 3 months to minimize the mortgage be something I would consider and afterwards the payment would be spread over 36 months. I felt it would help me and I agreed. After completing the s months no one knew what I was talking about in Customer Service. Indy Mac Bank- One West Bank lacks integrity.
