Unprofessional and grouchy!

I have Geico Insurance. This is the first time I've needed roadside assistance. The customer service I received on the phone from Geico was very helpful and professional but it stops there. Unfortunately the person they sent to my house to jump start my car was incredibly unprofessional and rude. He actually told me I could "tip him if I thought the customer service was good." Simply unbelievable!!
I would suggest Geico do a better job of screening people that are hired to go out to assist customers. It is a direct reflection on Geico even though their office representative was wonderful. It still doesn't get rid of the bad taste I now associate with Geico service.
