I am insured with USAA. I called roadside service because I needed air in my back driver's side tire which was almost flat. Inman responded quickly. This was great, but the service and driver were a nightmare from there on. The driver was rude, condescending and just plain scary. If this was at nighttime, I would have never have let him near me or my car. He refused to do what I asked to do and looked at me with the meanest eyes I have ever seen.
I would not recommend Inman's to anyone and as I have seen, there are many complaints regarding this auto service. I have filed several complaints with USAA departments and as their reps told me (and, as I already knew) they were very upset to find out how myself, a USAA customer for many years, was treated. I have called on USAA many times over the past years, and, am very pleased with them. They are taking steps to remove Inman from their list of providers in the Houston area.
If I need roadside service ever again, I will specify that I DO NOT want Inman's anywhere near my home or car!
