Stay away from them!
Their emergency roadside service is a God damn joke! Inmans just hides behind text messages. They have charged me without listening to my side of the story. Stay away from this company! Don'twork from them. They promise their drivers everything but they can't deliver nothing. Stay away from them!

Auto Rescue
I called AllState Roadside service from church (First Presbyterian Church of River Forest). I was told Auto Rescue would come to help with my flat tire. I waited with the car in the parking lot and Auto Rescue came. He saw a nail in the tire and removed it I gave him $25.00 (a $20 and a $5.00 dollar bills). He gave me no billed receipt, but a yellow copy of the work order. (#2926607). I noted on my All State Insurance card an address to seek reimbursement. I have no such thing to send in. When I called All State for help they called Auto Rescue and the guy said he got no money (outright lie!) I need help to resolved this or it is time to change insurance companies. Thanks for your help.

customer service
I had to call for roadside assistance and auto rescue was the service. I locked my keys in the car. I wanted to praise the attendant who came to my rescue. He was very supportive and considerate. A very friendly young man. He came to the area within the hour. Customer service is so important and he gave 100%. I realize people are always so negative, this is why I wanted to give this employee kudos's. He really likes his job and that's very important. The PO#672138574 is on the work order and the repair was at 8361 W. Belmont in River Grove IL. Please give this employee kudo's. I don't have his name, but he deserves praise and hopefully a raise. This is what the world needs more friendliness and customer service. Hire more employees like this and it will be a better world!!! He would be a great example for others. Great job!
Thank You for your service

To my rescue!
After shopping at a local Walgreens I discovered that my car battery was dead as a door nail. I called my AARP roadside assistance plan that sent an Inman technician to my rescue. Within 30 min. Drake(?) arrived and gave me a jumpstart. He was friendly and helpful and rendered a much appreciated service on that hot afternoons.

Keys locked in car
I had the best and worst day today. I locked my keys in the trunk of my car. I have State Farm insurance and I called them to ask for help. They were so nice on the phone and 15 minutes later I had this wonderful man come to my assistance. His name is Jon D and two minutes later I was back in my car on on my way. What a pleasant experience this turned out to be!!! Please thank him again from the girl in the red Honda. Elaine

VERY RUDE AND THREATFULL EMPLOYEE
Hello, Customer support
I contacted American Family road side assistance, for my locked out vehicle. The call was made on Saturday 1-7-12.
The driver could not open the door, and was very rude and threatening to me. I asked him politely to leave my property, and he would not leave. Also started threatening me, that this was not my neighborhood, i'm not leaving. Also the driver sent me a vulgar text message, that "How do you like playing with balls." I would like an investigation team, to investigate this driver, and get him fired immediately.
Sincerely,
Hanibal Tehrani

Flat Tire and Put No Air in Tire
I had a bad experience with Inmans Auto Rescue on Saturday, March 17, 2017. Gene change my flat tire (Plano, Texas) and refused to put air in the tire. He threw the bad tire in the back of the trunk (not the proper place) and drove away. It defeats the purpose of putting on a spare tire with no air. After he threw my bad tire in the back of the trunk on top of my personal items, he drove away, stating that I refuse the sign the document. Extremely unprofessional. I had to purchase air for my spare tire that had not been used in several years. If you do not want to conduct business in a professional manner . . . I took pictures of the spare that Gene put on a car and pictures of where he put the tire in the truck on top of my personal belongings. People like Gene give a bad review for . . . .

Early Morning Flat
It was early Thursday morning on my way to work I ran over something in the road that split the sidewall of my rear tire. It was quickly going flat but I was able to get to work and called my insurance company "Country Companies" we contacted Auto Rescue. I was told it would be an hour 20 minutes. The young man was there is about 35 minutes, he had everything he needed to get my spare on and be on his way in under 10 minutes. He was very courteous and timely. He explained the change was covered by my insurance company and I owed him nothing. I would use them again.
