InnoVedge Maids Agency
To have spent the money is another matter. But, with that kind of attitude and service, how far can they go? I really don't know.
But for sure, I will never recommend this agency to any of my friends.
Their website is impressive, with beautiful graphics, colours and wonderful English, in actual fact? You won't be impressed, trust me.
There should be a channel for consumers like me to share our experiences, etc... For holidays, we have travellers' reviews to help us compare and hence, make a better choice in choosing our accommodation, restaurants, etc. I hope my experience helps you better in scouting for a good, responsible and reliable agency.

Hi,
After calling a few maid agencies, Innovedge was the only one who could provide my Muslim Phillipines maids. Indonesian and Cambodian are banned. I am now contemplating to proceed after reading your blog, althouth a bit desperate. May I know how it turned out? How it is now? Thanks for sharing. I can be reached at [email protected]

I am one of the people facing problems with Innovedge Maids Agency. I am constantly being told something when in reality it is something else. I was told that my maid would arrive LATEST by June 2012 but now it's already July. When I called to ask, I received very rude treatment from their customer service officer, Stella Giam. The way she spoke to me was as if I was the one who had done something wrong, when all I wanted was clarification on some issues.
Attempts to get in touch with her manager, Christy Cheong, failed too since she now refuses to take my calls. In fact when I called Stella, I could hear Christy speaking (almost shouting) in the background in an annoyed manner telling Stella to tell me that my maid will come in ANOTHER month... this after she herself told me that my maid would arrive in Malaysia latest by the end of June.
These people have already taken a deposit of RM4000 from me, I would expect that it is within my right to ask a few questions. What kind of service are they providing, if my enquiries, as a customer, are ignored? I was DESPERATE when I decided to use their services. I have had maids since 1995 and never have I encountered such bad customer service or such RUDE and CRASS CSOs. They certainly have a nice website and a glitzy office but I will NEVER EVER recommend any of my friends to use their service now... or anyone for that matter, unless dealing with rude and unprofessional people is acceptable to you.

Suggest those who are facing the same problem to join as a group to make a complain for the case.

I'm facing the same treatment as well, the website is very impressive so far is the only company which can provide you with youtube interview. But as a customer by paying extra compare to market price don't think we reserve the services we are getting. The customer service is POOR RUDE and they HANG UP my phone when i try to follow up with them .
The agency customer services is very poor , especially the manager Christy they are giving you the wrong advice, and not able to commit to the promises has been given. So be careful you may end up paying more and more for the word they have been given.
I would say this agency is not a reliable and irresponsible agent, they only have a good marketing strategy. In term of experience bring in maid and handling customer is so poor .
Try to avoid this agency.

contract
I faced d same experienced like you guys ..now i was asking the original copy of contract for my filipino maid from the agency as i need it to bring her oversea, called Ms May Wong, told that the contract is belongs to agency..(????)..i told her i really need it, and she said have to ask her manager -christy...so, i hv been waiting around 2weeks, finally i called to their damansara office looked for David,he should be the boss...i explain my situation and told him why i need the contract,funny things was,he cant give me any answer whether could i get the contract? he told me he is not the person in charge, so i better talk to the person in charge my case!! called to puchong office, staff told me they don't know..finally may Wong get me the number of christy-the manager...she is really not friendly and rude, once i raise up voice when she speak loud, she hang my call !!! Try to imagine, if you were me, been calling many times but cant get you any answer and keeps ignore your request, what would you feel?
now they want me to write a letter for requesting the contract..it doesnt make sense, the contract is between employer n employee!! really disappointed to this agency

Bad maid from this agency
the maid I got from this agency is speechless. Phillipino.. bad attitude, no training, and worse is she thinks that she is the boss. They sometimes have mental problem, good actor and worse, is very very lazy. I am thinking of how to get rid of her. Very rude. Can you imagine, she steal my things as well...
Sometimes, you have more stress when you have a bad maid. this agency is not very good, I do not think that they train them and do a thorough check on them. My maid's husband is a drug addict as well... indicated on the form is married, end up actually is "separated" and have never work as house maid before. But in the CV, they said they have such experience. GOODNESS @!

Innovedge maid agency shared exact same info with AP PMA on their websites
AP INNOVEDGE & AP PMA shared exactly the same info contents on each of their website. Why???
FYI, AP PMA has commited criminal offenses in non-compliance of more than one tribunal court awards. Just sharing here for employers to be careful in choosing a trustworthy & law abiding maid agency.

Bad after sales service from innovedge maid agency
I have a very bad experience on Innovedge maid agency, when the maid breach the contract less than 6months, as agreed in the term signed that I entitled for refunds, but when I request for refunds, they do not entertain my request and do not advise me the next step even though I message, email and call them(even not pick up my call). So be careful in choosing your maid agency.

I had bad impression on Christy. She is a rude person, impatient and lack of courtesy. I don't like to talk to her and to deal with her. I think she is not suitable to work in this line. She should not be a Manager too.

fake company, scammer and liar company. no maid will be provided , pay and expect not able to get back your money. Your refund will be drag until few years.

the boss doing is very rude, selfish, greedy and unethical and very good in arguing with people, pushing all the blames to either clients or the maid, but the truth is they only want to make you make payment and that's it.

fake good reviews on their google business
not only they deny every mistake that they did but they also likely to put fake good reviews on their own google business, do no trust!
if you don believe me, try scroll down to see the reviews and you can see how they reply customer is that they try to defame the company if they leave bad reviews!
And after a bad review pops out, a good review will quickly appear to cover up their lies and bad reviews!
