Hiring

I agree. my husband has been in training for 6 weeks with two more weeks to go. they are supposed to be listening to calls but they were put to direct call taking immediately. and the kicker is that he has been written up twice for not remembering all the details (thousands of them) on each call. he still had two weeks of training to go but was let go on day 27. the class that started with 20 has dwindled down to 10 with two more on they way out. and they have 2 more classes running simultaneously. they should train better instead of haphazard training and then losing all those people.
