beware, they are a scam
They offered me to help with my IRS problems if I pay them $4,95K. I sent them the payment and a few month later I've got a letter from IRS which clearly showed that nothing was done. I called them and they confirmed that nobody got in touch with them. So I called ITS and they said everything is going to be OK in 30 days, I trusted them and nothing happened. Now I can't get my money back! Avoid them!
