Beware and never deal with INTEGRATED CARD SERVICES ( ICS) - this is a complete scam! Their agent BRYAN PELTO is a liar and when I dealt with him I got my money and private details stolen by this person! He simply gave me fake promises and then never complete them just disappeared with my money. Tried to contact him many times after that but I was ignored. It seems that I wasted my money for nothing!
Beware and be careful - don't allow them to fool you!

Double billing me for the past 3 months

I have been trying to get money refunded back to our company for the past month for double billing me one man company. Now they have taken$147.00 and $55.00 for one transaction and the same ripoff of double billing me. . No one knows what is going on in the so called customer service. I spoke to Justin (manager) who would not give me his last name. And he said that he would call me back in a week. That was more than a month ago. I have a call to my bank to stop payment on these 2 and have a call to the attorney general and the BBB for the scam you are doing.

Scam alert

Stay away from this company and Merchant Account Solutions. They are one and the same! Also steer clear of any Apple or Android apps by them. The one I have is Cash Register. MAJOR SCAM! Once you ask for a quote, they sign you up without your knowledge for their service and send you their "FREE" equipment. Then you get surprised with a bill for nothing but "statement fee" and "regulatory fee" for an account you didn't sign up for. When you try to cancel, they ignore emails and constantly call to help you get set up. I've told them numerous times to close my unauthorized account and they are threatening me with an "early termination" fee of $350!!!! Sent me a forged "contract" with numerous errors and when I stated that to Anthony Herrera (from Merchant Account Services), I got the "correct" contract (supposedly the original one was the in-house version but the one he sent me was the real one). Liars, scam artists!!!! Going to close my account (just in case) and add my complaint to the BBB. Will also be talking to a lawyer and attorney general's office.

Be aware of scam artists

We have open an account with “Integrated Card Services” in 2012
Despite of constant mis-charges and additional fees that were never outlined in the contract we have kept account with them till the end of the contract to avoid ‘early termination fee’ (that was never announced either). After 3.5 years we had asked to terminate account. From this point our struggle began.
Every time we call customer service we:
1. We spend multiple hours on the phone trying to explain the situation over and over again. Seems like “Integrated Card Services” customer service agents are specifically trained to give customers run around.
2. We have sent their equipment as they required on February 3d, 2016. “Integrated Card Services” have received it on February 6th, 2016 which they have verbally confirmed on the phone
3. Month later when our account still was not closed and we call back they started asking whether we have sent the equipment back as they have not received it. Meanwhile we are getting charge full amount of monthly fees
4. Several conversations after – the only answer – they will talk to supervisor and call back. No one phone call had been received.
5. No one e-mail sent directly to the supervisor were answered. Account is still open.
6. Reading customer reviews on line - this is normal style of business.
7. We had to close business account to prevent further charges with all the complications for the business.
