unauthorized charges
This company increased their fees after I made an account there. For me i was too expensive to pay $65 per month and I decided to cancel the account. They charged me $350 as a cancellation fee without any notice.
Beware if you want to deal with this company.

lie
Everything that I have been promised was a lie they continue to charge me much more than should have and they won’t confes that it is not in the contract. I am going to contact my attorney, he’ll know what to do.
