Most dishonest and garbage all round service you could actually pay for
I have just had the worst experiance ever with Intercargo, If you want to see your goods again then do not use this company.
They do not answer your calls, do not respond to e mails.
I have now contacted BIFA in the hope they lose their accreditation of this assosiation.
Intercargo are nothing short of con men.

Intercargo are incompetent, unprofessional, never use
i arranged an international shipping using this service, only to be told that i selected the wrong description of goods/type of cargo, therefore would have to pay a surcharge ofo £25.secondly, i received an email stating that the courier i selected does not supply to P.O BOXES and yet they gave me a quote and i paid for this service before hand. There is no information on their website to clarify their courier restrictions, like you get on similar websites., when i asked the agent that this is something the consumers ought to know before booking, he did not respond. i decided to cancel this order because i was not happy by with the ambiguity of the service.
However in order to cancel, i would also have to pay £25 as a cancellation fee. when i asked the agent for their cancellation policy, he did not respond to my email, i had to phone him on the next day only to say " he didnt know what the cancellation fee was" or where i got the imformation that their website that it doesnt mention anything about a cancellation fee. he still did not send me a copy of the company policy claiming that the website is "new".
i said i would be complaining because i wasnt satisfied with the service, intercargo are quick to take payment from consumers and yet they adjust their quote to add more fees, and cancellation fees in order to trap consumers into carrying on with their service at a higher rate. i have now reviewed some of the reviews from this company on other forums and i did not come across a single positive review. Furthermore, its been s month since i asked for this refund, and still havent received it, when i rang up, i was put on hold for 10mins! i will have to get my money back through my bank!SAVE THE STRESS AND DO NOT USE!

Ed-intercargo. Alb-intercargo
Craigslist seller said she found ed-intercargo to ship item
And they would send invoice stating everything was safe
Looking more into this Ed-intercargo there site was up then server couldn't be found a few
Days later it turned into alb-intercargo as they re-send me invoice they are scammers and want you to wire money
Via money gram be sure to check website as www.usaintercargo.com
Seems to be legitimate all the others are just a scam.
Btw I'm in the USA

I wish I read this post earlier and now I'm crying when knowing this. I was looking for a mini ipad for school and saw a post on craigslist that I was really excited. Email the seller whose name is Marissa. She told me she was in Canada but she found intercargo as the third party to ship the ipad. Everything seemed so real to me. They asked me to wire the money through western union to Daniel Morton. They also sent me the detailed form. After wiring money, they provided the tracking number. Couple days later, I felt strange so I went to check the tracking number and the website they provided wasn't available anymore. The ipad supposed to come on Wednesday 25th, but it NEVER comes. I sent tons of message to them, but it all appeared "Delivery to the following recipient has been delayed:[email protected]". That Marissa never responds to my email no more. I can't believe they do that to students. I work my butts off to buy the ipad, but now I have nothing. I know I lost my money FOREVER, so I hope nobody falls into their trap. Please spread this message.
I'll post it on as many website as possible so that they wont take money away from future innocent victims. Please help spread the word
