steal money
After I have opened an account with them I have started to lose money. They have been taking large sums, and had me fooled that some hacker got in to their system.
None of that was true, and now I have to file a case against them.

On 27th day of September 2013 I paid my electricity bill [ total 3 nos.] to APDCL through IDBI net banking, but the process of all the 3 bills were failed , and sir after 5 days the amount is being not credited in my account. The details of payment is mentioned below:-

IPAY.EU FRAUD
I was cheated too.
They first charged my card a small amount, and about 2 weeks later, they tried to take all the money from my card.
But I was lucky. My bank stopped the charges because they were already warned about IPAY.EU fraud in Bulgaria.

On 19th day of FEBRUARY 2016I I paid Rs.399 for recharge of my AIRCELL Mob no 8566063882 through IDBI net banking, but after 5 days process this recharge amount is not credited in my cell no , Please do need full at your end. The details of payment is mentioned below:-

wrong debit of amount

On 23-01-2017 I have use the IDBI net banking for online purchasing but i cancel the transaction before transaction compliet.But the amount must taken from my account pls do need full at your end.The details of payment is mentioned in the below.
