Bad breeder
I saw the Guzoo sign on the highway in three hills was repainted and according to it, IPB Husky Snow Dogs is now sponsoring the damn place. That's disgusting and shows what kind of people run that puppy mill.

I put a deposit down on a puppy and now they say they oversold and don't have one for me and they say they can't refund the deposit since they are broke. Help!

I phone them and they never call back, and I go by their place and they never answer the door but I know they are home. I can see the TV on. All I want is my $500 back. Help!

I bought what I was told was a purebred husky puppy on January 12, 2011. I named her Buffy. As she got bigger, she looked less and less like Dolly the other purebred husky I already had. When she was ten months old she weighed 95 pounds, and I knew she couldn't be pure bred. I love her and she is cute as can be, but she is not a husky. I decided to get a DNA blood test at my vet and they said Buffy was mixed breed, with only some husky in her.
Starting in September, I emailed Shirley at IPB Husky and was told that he was very surprised that she was a mixed breed and claimed they can get to over a hundred pounds and that I was wrong. She then said they would contact the other breeder they worked with to get us a refund for us. I thought she was the breeder.
Now, she no longer returns our calls or emails and the drive to Airdrie is too far for us since we are elderly. I know, we should have read the reviews here, but Shirley convinced us it was a smear campaign by a jealous competitor. She seemed so nice, but did complete face turn once she had our money. We still love Buffy and she'll be with us for a long time.

Bad breeder
IPB supplied husky attacks and kills baby in Airdrie.
Breeder claims huskies are perfect for small children even unattended small children, it says so on their website. I guess they are wrong and now a young life has ended. Breeder quoted on the news blaming the child.

I was referred to her 6 years ago.
To say the least, this lady is really not playing with a full deck.
I love animals and have had many pets that have lived long, full and healthy lives.
I really fee sorry for the animals in her care.
Someone should really do something about her.
She has no right to even own dogs, never mind sell them as a breeder under false and fraudulent pretences.
A true dreeder does not operate out of a trailer park or sell dogs from the back of a van in a mall parking lot.

The problem with this breeder is that they sell cheap or sell on credit. That means given the deal compared to other reputable breeder, lots of potential customers who dream of a purebred Husky will just look the other way. That's why she can have such a horrid reputation and yet still have no trouble keeping in business. Yes, I saw her in front Bass Pro shops and she must have moved two or three pups the short time I watched her. I confronted her, which caused her to fly into a blind rage. The cages the dogs were kept in in the back of her truck were filthy with feces and what looked to be vomit. Plus I am certain some of these dogs were well under six weeks old. They look very juvenile. I believe you should not take a puppy away from its mom until 8 weeks are up.

Bad breeder
Lord, I think I have been ripped off. Gave them a cash deposit on a dog in December and foolishly let them take it with no receipt given back to me. It's time for my puppy to be weaned but they have not been returning my calls. Today I Googled them and this site came up. Had I seen these hundreds of complaints before, I would never have dealt with them. I guess I had better prepare to be five hundred dollars poorer.

My "miniature dwarf" husky has grown to 60lbs and shirley refuses to do anything about it. It's fraud through and through.

IPB Husky Breeder
We purchased a puppy for $1100. We were told we would receive vaccines and a puppy package which included: puppy food, bowls, collar and a leash. When we went to meet Shirley on the arranged date she wasn't home. She said she was having a fight with her vet and couldn't get the vaccines done.She also said the puppy package was on back order. So we have paid for the vaccines out of our own pocket. She then wanted us to come back 10 days later so our puppy could be micro chipped and so Again, we called ahead to schedule a time but never heard back from her. I have also talked to a few residents in Airdrie who claim Shirley is addicted to crack-cocaine. I guess that would explain why a lot of people are getting ripped off. We are going to call the police and the humane society but I'm doubtful they will do much. This lady should be put in jail.

She will steal your money and lie about it . She breeds and sells sick dogs . She is a complete joke and should NOT be trusted . Her dogs registration is fake the so called agency she goes through is completely made up . She was banned from the ckc for fraud . None of her dogs are truly registered purebreds or even health checked properly. She buys cheap dogs from other people and tries to pass them off as her registered pyrebreds.
Please if you have any right sense of mind to not buy from this puppymill crook .
