I recommend a quality iTouch watch to help you keep track of your calories.
When tracking my daily intake and calories burned, it is important for my watch to have the most accurate calorie counter. I have used a lot of different smartwatches and apps and have found many of them to be way off. I’ve even used an app and a “cheapish” smartwatch and both had outrageously different calorie counting results.

Company is shoddy!!!
Got an itouch air2 for Christmas. Would not charge. Missing a pin on charging Base. Emailed company and got nowhere, runaround. Can't find a charger to fit it. Not sure if it is the same model that is supposed to be in the case it came in. It was never opened before I got it. Companies support is non-existent. Your on your own. They need to be shut down.

Useless
Brought watch while on cruise, charged it, tried to find a manual online, no luck, charge life lasted 12 hours and that was overnight. Couldn’t get it to check sleep time.... contact company, tell me to send it back, it’s going to cost me $25 to return it, plus they wanted 9.95 to return it. Very reluctant, so asked what was actual charge life on watch, was it worth sending back?? Six emails later, not one reply. So do I assume charge life is only 12-24 hours. I’m stuck with a $70 piece of nothing. Do not buy one of these watches!!!

ABSOLUTELY USELESS! No support whatsoever, watch packed up after just two (2) months and the response was that I need to send it back to the U.S. and include $9.99 for the return but, if you read their terms and conditions it states that their warranty only covers the U.S.
The response from their so called "customer service" was completely useless.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS!

Bought on a cruise November, 2019. Lasted 3 weeks
What makes me mad is that I purchased 2 others as
Christmas gifts for my grands.
Can not get an answer at the phone number provided
not any response from the website.
Do Not purchase!!!!
