Took more money than they were suppose to

I have ordered free trials from this company, and I had to pay only for the shipping. I have provided my credit card number, and I deeply regret it now. Not only did they take $5.00 from my account, but they also stole $100.00 later on!
They do not respond to my emails, and I don’t know how to return my money now!
