Freaking easy shopping via Jabong.com

I disagree her to her comments.Jabong is spenfding much on marketing and also offering discounts but the service is very very bad.
The Quality of products is very POOR and the promises that they make are not trustworthy. I got myself regsitered and ordered stuff worth Rs 4500 at the first go.90% of them have issues. Infact I tried to return the products to them {reverse pick up}. after multiple requests they got it picked up after 7-10 days and it has been about a month that they have not refunded the money.AVOID JABONG. FALSE COMMITMENTS . POOR QUALITY. always buy from a branded shop. they say that there products are from various brands but seems they are not the original ones. Chetan Poddar

Disappointing service from jabong.com

I really doubt that jabong.com is a genuine website for online purchase. I made an order on 17-04-2012, as per the jabong.com standard they should ship the item with in 24hours. That didn't happened and after 3days today they confirmed that they can't ship the item because it's not available with them. My doubt is whether these people don't check the stocks before accepting order on a product.
I have made many online shopping in flipkart, mynthra, firstcry, lenskart etc., this is the most disappointing experience I got.
jabong.com have very poor customer service, their help line number 1 800 258 5555 is always busy, no response for our mails.
If someone from jabong.com really can help me to refund money. Thank you.

Feel like a SCAM

I have placed two orders ( Order numbers are 120429905826941 & 120429625123323 ) on www.jabong.com.

Money was deducted via my American Express card. MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED BY JABONG.COM Team without any reason. I live in Melbourne so I can't dial their 1800 number and there other number which is 124 6734300 is always busy.

I have sent numerous emails at Care@ jabong.com and also to [email protected] and nobody care to respond my emails.

I want to convey mesage to higher management of JABONG.COM that you guys are PATHETIC and DON"T care about your customers.

Reverse Pick up

I placed an order for boots on the 30th of March and received the product the next day - Impressive service (I spoke to soon) .

There is a standard 6 day wait for the reverse pick up which is acceptable but this 6 day wait has turned into 13 days now . Horrible service , escalating is pointless as I've been promised 24 hours every single day .

Emailing you and calling you or escalating seems to be pointless because your process clearly doesn't work .You are incapable of handling/arranging something as simple as a reverse pick up . We have been exchanging emails for quite sometime now with no progress . What's the point escalating if you cant do it .

Do you even understand what does escalating mean ? You have a timeline of 6 days , I started escalating from the 7th day and today is the 6th day since I first escalated .

What is your management doing ? Why cant you speak to your Floor Manager and get the Floor manager to speak to Courier guys ? Its all about making a call and taking the effort to do it .

Its irritating when you guys just empathise for nothing and just respond with the same response every time . I need to know what actions are being carried out to get this done .

Im sure you will respond with a standard response template that you always do .

Absolutely hopeless !! Im cursing myself for being lazy and purchasing shoes online , well on the bright side I wont be lazy to go to a store and purchase anymore .

Order Cancelled

My Order 130827521925662 has been cancelled without any valid reason. When I inquired over telephone, they informed me due to quality defect/substandard my order has been cancelled. It’s Hush Puppies Hpo2 Flex Black Dress Shoes Size 7 black. It appears that the cancellation may be an issue with the discount offer (25% discount) at the time of purchased, since the product is still available without any offer…. This is simply not done. Dear friends, be careful with Jabong.com in future.

Jabong got wrong product instead I did IR. Then Threatening to Customer

Dear All,

This is a serious and vulnerable issue that I facing with Jabong. I did some order from Jabong and once Courier boy from Jabong Lucknow delivery came at my house for placing order then I did not like the product So I did Instant Return (IR) for the same. Then Courier Boy check the product by taking call with Jabong Executive and return back to delivery office. Once product sent for QA team for quality check then that products were not the same as I ordered. Now Courier boy of Jabong calling me again and again. They are threatening me that they are logging Police FIR against me. What a Nice service by JABONG !!!!! I never face this type of service with any E-Commerce site. Now a Brand Name doing this type of cheap activity. If any Jabong Senior Management watching this message then take a strict action as Customer is Customer. You whole business depends upon the customers. I don't want to say anything else to you.

Wrong Product Delivery and Pathetic Customer Service

I have purchased various products at Jabong, but my last experience has been pathetic (even this word sounds like an understatement).

I had ordered for Brown Loafers under Order #131013768146689 (which included other products as well) and did advance payment for my entire order via Credit Card payment, but to my surprise when the product was received on the evening of Oct 17, it was Blue Loafers of a completely different design.

To report this problem, I tried contacting team Jabong the same day, but the contact number highlighted on their site was being referred as "non existing number", so I finally sent them an email on 18th October, to which I receive a response from them to send the product photographs to confirm that the product delivered was wrong which I immediately replied with the snaps of product and product description tag on the box.

After I sent the product snaps, I received a call from team Jabong the following day, asking me the reason for the request for exchange of product and he mentioned that product sold by partner cannot be exchanged and after a long call and discussion the person agreed to the fact that the complaint was for wrong product delivery and to this, the caller informed that the reason for lack of correct information availability was due to incorrect information provided by the email team to the caller team, and I was assured an immediate pickup of the wrong product.

But the pain does not end here. I once again received a call from team Jabong on 22nd Oct, with a very surprising complaint reference by the caller. The caller referred my complaint as "My concern on payment of Delivery charges for the fresh delivery of my originally ordered product", while this was never discussed or referred by team Jabong to me anytime during earlier communications. Post which the caller asked me to pay the delivery charges for the delivery of product since as per him their system does not allow booking new order without paying the delivery charges, which I disagreed to pay as it was a lapse at Jabong and why should I pay for their lapse, to which I was informed that the charges will be refunded to me as Jabong Credit (which means I am forced to buy another product from them to encash my refund money and once again fall into their trap) which I once again did not agree and had my stand as earlier, as to why should I pay for the lapse of Jabong. When I did not agree to any of the baits, he tried to explain me the alternate solution which was very confusing and was difficult to understand as the caller himself sounded unclear about the solution shared and hence I requested him to email me the solution proposed for me to review and confirm back and in the interim reverse pick the wrong product, to which the caller assured me of an email with the proposed solution and process the request for reverse pickup of wrong product.

It is a week now and there has been no communication from Jabong nor the product has been picked.

Reverse pickup for exchange

I had ordered a nike shoe (order number 131027487268969) but the size was not perfect to me. So i called your customer care to help me with the exchange and they said reverse pickup facility is not available in your area. I was really surprised to know that reverse pickup facility is not available in the city like Mumbai. So i asked to give me the address of your courier partner where i can drop the product for reverse courier and i was refused for that facility as well. Now the only option which was available according to your representative was i deliver it using other courier service at my cost, but i hope you might be knowing about the rates of such couriers for individual and your reimbursement is too less against those charges and that too in form of voucher. I am sorry to say your exchange/return policy is really bad.
I also mailed my concerns to Jabong Care but your company has no courtesy to atleast acknowledge the mail.
I agree that you have good offers but service matters the most. If my above issue is not resolved with ease i will never think of purchasing from Jabong even after your good offers.

no reverse pick up seriously on the same addres you delivered the product

i orderd shoe sfirst thing the box that shoes came in was completely damaged and the seal was open/broken not and some dust on the shoes ,i oreder shoes according to their size chart and it did not fit me correctly and i opted for COD and when i asked for exchange they at jabong care call centre straight away refused to give me exchange she said we dont provide reverse pick up from your area i mean what non sense is this because if i want to buy a product online that means i dont want to get out of my house and order the product from the comfort of my home so that applies in case of the exchange/replacement of product also ,i dont wish to go out and find courier companies to ship product back to jabong
the lady a customer care said find a courier company and ship it to over address and we will give you jabong credits and no exchange and i have to reorder the shoes again which might soon get out of stock i doubt even ill get any jabong credits or no returning to them aslo after diwali most of ther coupons will not work and the shoe price will increase to 2499rs where as i got it for 1788rs that means il be forced to buy shoes in range of 1799rs even though i dont like it. SERIOUSLY CHEAP AND DIRTY BUSINESS STRATERGY.

Order is not dispatched even at the third working day

Hello,

I have placed an order on 13th December of "RED TAPE LOAFERS" and Order Number 131213799005964. Which should be dispatched by today but still it is not done. I have called many times to the customer care but the response was same "We will dispatch by today" but it was not done by jabong. On the same time I requested them to mention a note for urgent delivery on behalf of me but the result is zero.

When I didn't got any solution from executives I mailed today(16-Dec) on [email protected] at 12:47PM but no response I got from there as well.

Tell me how can I get my order.

Order is not dispatched

regarding the Order #131213162412306 of 13/12/2013, I have ordered 5 items in which expected date of delivery of 3 items was 16th December. I lodge a complaint against it and then I got the two products on 18th of December.

However one of the product I didn't receive it. Even today it is only in confirmed state not in dispatched state.

Every time I call the customer care I need to tell the whole story and even they are helping.. No one from Jabong is committing that it will get dispatched and when.

This is really ridiculous thing happen this time from Jabong..
