Jabong not acknowledging the exchange pickup

I ordered 3 t-shirts on Jabong and all of them were little tight so requested for exchange with the bigger size. Jabong exchange process is a little different from other platforms, they pick up the product first and exchange comes on the later date. All of my 3 t-shirts got picked up by different pickup guys and received the 2 exchanges but 3rd one with order ID 180623155975421 never comes. I opened the case and gave all the details of pick up guy and the store where it got placed after the pickup but they keep on saying they haven't received the pickup.
I even requested them that provide me the details of their backend team, I will coordinate with them and go to the store where it was placed after the pickup but customer service agent keeps on denying. Their customer service is not at all professional and keeps on arguing and suggesting that you can do the research on your own as they can not help. All they want to do is close the case as it was opened for almost a month.
P.S. I received tons of messages every day and have a habit of cleaning up the inbox and pickup guy did not provide the return pickup slip. So technically speaking they will only acknowledge if I have either of them.
