Wrongful cash collection

I had placed ordered for sweat shirt after a hour of browsing for a particular colour with Jabong.com on Jan 20, 2014. The MRP of the product was Rs 2,500 and I chose to order in jabong for the discount offered.

I received the delivery of package on Jan 24, 2014 with invoice of a sweatshirt but, the product was an old trackpants with totally another barcode inside. On call with their compliant cell still unresolved. They offer to take the wrong product and later refund the money. In this process, the money is with jabong for 10-15 days and their old stock in my place. They now claim the product signed for while I paid my cash is no more available in stock and hence cannot be delivered.

It looks a scam where the company can earn interest or manage their temporary working capital requirement through delivering wrong products and holding cash their end for 10-15 days!!!! Such scams should be made aware to public.

After this experience, I strong urge all online buyers to pay cash at home after verifying the goods at their own interest. Thanks

Cheap quality products under brand name

I am Neha Kolwankar.
I had ordered Mark's & Spensers treggings from Jabong recently. I owned 4 pairs of these treggings till now and they lasted me for more than a year before they wore out after continuous usage.
But this time instead of the store I bought it from Jabong. The length is shorter than usual..and the quality is so bad it ripped in one use. Since I have used this product earlier I was very confident of the fit and size so I never tried n returned within their 15 days but after a month of purchase when i wore it for the first time it ripped in the first wear. It's a cheap material and certainly the quality doesn't match the original ..as i have the same treggings from the store for comparison.
Moreover they deny to take responsibility or return or exchange the item.
