I Purchased one Toteteca Brown Pu Handbag online through Jabong application. But, Since I didn't like the bad the same day I placed a return request.

I had many more than 15-20 calls to Jabong for the pick up, but till date they have not collected the product nor I have got my refund back.

My complaint no for the pick up request is 181016 -012311 and not resolved yet.
