Really bad quality of shoes

I ordered for woodland green outdoor shoes vide order nos. 140315363953906 on Jabong.com, delivery was no problem received in 2 days.
Shoes seemed good had a small cut mark on front, i thought to let it be & do not ask for exchange. But after wearing shoes for 10 days the front rubber portion has started to come out & i used to think that woodland shoes are really tough.
I checked with my friends they said that these shoes are tough only mines are of bad quality.
I have been ordering on jabong for some time now, though for sport shoes, i would like to have exchange of these shoes, urgently, since i would like to consider it as one bad experience, turned into a good one by good customer service.
