Bad service after you sign with them

PLS do not hire a helper from Jackfocus maid agency they have a unapproachable and lousy services agent name (Joy) served at Jack Focus Hougang green branch. And are also dishonest when helping me to look out for a suitable helper. As I wanted to look out for a helper to take care of my grandma and know how to speak at least a basic English for my family member to communicate with her, the agent wanted to get rid of her helper and told ask she has a helper willing to take care of my grandma and can speak basic English so I hire the helper after a short interview. When this helper reached my place I speak to her with a basic English and she can't understand at all. The English she can speak is only "can, little bit, ya, no and ok". I called the agent after two months as the helper really can't help me much due to she can't understand what I am talking.The agent told me she will get back to me the following day but I did not receive any call from her anymore, I even try to text her and none of reply. I have a bad experience from this Jackfocus maid agency I will never look for them anymore.
