They refused to return the money, they keep replacing the product although it's really bad.
I bought a bracelet from them for $450 and changed it three times already - they break within a month all the time. They refused to return the money, they keep replacing the product although it's really bad.

Poor customer service
I bought a bracelet and it broke within 3 weeks of my purchase. In order to have it repaired, I had to return it to them at my expense. It has broken again in the same spot. I contacted them and have had absolutely no response. So I am left with a very expensive broken bracelet. I am appalled at their poor customer service.

GREAT COMPANY
mY WIFE AND I OWN SEVERAL JEFFREY SCOTT MAGNETIC BRACELETS AND HAVE HAD VERY GOOD RESULTS AS FAR AS RELIF FROM CARPAL TUNNEL SYMPTOMS.. WHEN WE ARE IN LAS VEGAS WE USUALLY STOP AT THIER OFFICES AND HAVE OUR BRACELETS INSPECTED TO MAKE SURE THE MAGNTS ARE SECURE AND THE CATCHES ARE WORKING PRORERLY. THE PEOPLE THERE ARE ALWAYS VERY PLEASENT AND ACCOMIDATING I WOULD RECCOMEND THEM TO ANYONE , JOHN HALL
