my stuff was lost and company refused to take a responsibility for that
I used their laundry services and the main problem was that my clothes were lost or stolen. Company never provided any adequate customer support but negative and rude service. Avoid this laundry!

this company is harder to get rid of than a bad case of herpes...My family was in a ten year contract with these hyenas and didn't see a dime from jetz ..we tried to cancel service with them at the end of the 10 year contract... but in the contract ,,in some hidden clause it states if they jetz... want they can renew it for another 10 yrs,, they are scumbags
