OMG

I ordered from them for the first time and it has been a week and they still have not chipped my shoes. Every time I call it says I am number 2, 3, or 4 in queue and then a minute later comes back and says I have to leave a message because no one available to answer my call. Come on now if I am 2, 3, or 4 in queue why am I forced to leave a message? I am never ordering from them again. First time is a bad time so they don't ever have to worry about me ordering from them or shopping in their stores. First impression means a lot to me.

OMG

I ordered from them on 2/25/12. Called them on the 27th to cancel my order and they told me I couldn't cause it was already processed so I would have to wait until I received my item to return it. I got a confirmation email the next day on the 28th for my order. WTF? Anyways I'll update when I get my stuff and see if it's real or not. Still disappointed they wouldn't cancel my order and now I have to pay to ship it back! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

scam

I purchased some shoes from this store and it didn't arrive in 2 month, but they promised me that I will get them max in 5 working days. Their customer service is not helpful at all, they absolutely don't care of their customers. They promised me to give a refund if I wouldn't be satisfied, well I am not satisfied but they don't hurry with giving me a refund!
This is just another scam company, people, beware!

Gift cert

Son was given a gift ceft for $50.00 for Christmas 2012 and when he tried to use it, it was at a zero balance. Called customer service to let them know. Was told to send them a copy of the receipt by email, which I did. customer service agent also told me that it was two different types of gift cards, one for the store and one for online. Just read the gift cert policy and it clearly states all gift cert are to be redeemed online. I spoke with the manager at the store in Florence this past Friday and was told he would have an answer for me today because he needed to speak with the corporate office. It is about 5:30pm, Still no call from the store manager or customer service. Why can't they just check the card number and tell me if the balance is on there? Called the store today to speak with store manager about 3pm was told he was out of the store and to call back at 4pm. called at from 4pm-until after 5pm, now know one will answer the phone. Tried to get the agent in customer service, no luck...This company is a rip off. They will never have to worry about my business again and I will pass this experience on to my friends,family,co-workers, church members..etc!

Order M.I.A

I ordered some shoes about a week ago and have not heard anything...attempted to call these people and like others, put in the queue get the count down and nothing. I go to the website and now the website is down, how convenient!!!!! There was a pending charge on my bank acct so I figured I was good. Now I look and the charge for the shoes is no longer there. I want to go buy the shoes out of a store but don't know what these folks are planning on doing. They SUUUUUUCCCCCCCCCCCCK!!!!!!!!!!!

RIDICULOUS

I placed an order on Dec. 11, 2013. Guess what? Today is Christmas and I still have not received my order. I have called them a couple of times and was told a bunch of BS. I don't even know if their merchandise in the real deal. This is my first and last time ordering from JIMMY JAZZ they can kiss my AZZ.

OMG

I ordered some shoes 7/10/15 and I never received them and when I call to get help retrieving my order rude customer service and they stated they wasn't not going to send anymore shoes or help . So I said yall just took my money and Im not going to receive my product and the customer service rep said BASICALLY and I was puzzled to hear that from them but this is Bulshit ass company that takes your money and don't send product

Rude Liars

AWFUL THIS WAS MY FIRST AND LAST TIME ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY first I placed a order for the wrong size shoes I ordered a number one and a size 2 but I needed 2 size 2s they sent the confirmation to my email within 30min when I realized what I did I called them o mine you it is 6:30pm when I ordered them so I call to see if they can just send 2 size 2 shoes so I don't have to return them or cancel and reorder them this is what this lying a## customer service is going to tell me "O WE CANT EXCHANGE IT BECAUSE YOUR ORDER HAS ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED" lady bye I jus had place the damn order so you mean to tell me someone has went to the P.O. within 45min and its going on 7:30 usps isn't still picking up orders and delivering them but ok let's go with your so them I say well I'll just returned them to my local store this lady is going to tell me I CANT RETURN THEM TO THE STORE BC THEY WERE PURCHASED ONLINE that is the second red flag either their not legit or fake or something it not right about these people bc never have I heard no mess like that as long as I have my receipt it should not be a problem but I tell you one thing my kids shoes better be authentic this a awful online company i don't know how the store is and i will never find out bc they will never get my hard earned money again I just hope the store is better then the online SHOP AT YOUR ON RISK!!!

My product

I received my order. I ordered last week on 5-12-18 and I received my items on 5-18-18. I must say, I'm pleased with the outcome. Clothes I'll order, but the shoes........... hell no. We have a Jimmy Jazz in our mall, but I think this stuff is coming from elsewhere and the so called company is using Jimmy Jazz name.
