Customer Disservice - Avoid at all costs

Customer service is completely unwilling to do anything to assist customers when returning products. We were overcharged 37.45 for shipping on a return and the company's attitude was that they couldn't help it that their website had an error message on it and we should have called to get document which we didn't know existed. These people should be avoided at any cost.
