no product and no money!

I have made an order in February. I have received many emails since then saying that my order is not available yet! I have asked for a refund, because it is ridiculous to wait so long! I still receive the messages about non available item! Where is my money, you frauds??!!!!

Worst internet experience ever.

I placed an order with them about 3 years ago . . . . received nothing. Eventually they cancelled the order, and issued me credit. I gave them a second chance, and placed a second order . . .the kicker is . . . YOU CANNOT USE STORE CREDIT TO PAY FOR SHIPPING. So . . .I had to use Paypal to pay another shipping charge. Long story short . . despite multiple emails, multiple excuses, and months and months. . . .they will NOT refund money, they will NOT take a phone or email order, they will NOT use credit to pay for shipping . . .so I am out the better part of $200. I will not give them more $$, and therefore cannot place an "order" . . . so I guess they get to keep my "credit" forever. Major rip off. Search "JKM Ribbon reviews" and you will see this story over and over and over.

Ripoff!

Ordered product in September with understanding that it would be delayed a few weeks because of Covid. Those weeks past, and more and still no sign of order. all I got was excuses and that order never processed due to Covid, so I cancelled. No refunds but credit was told after another 2 weeks of asking where refund to card was. Ripoff artists. Reported to Card Services. Do not use!
