they ar a total scam! unethical buiness
I purchased a car and it got completely wrecked in an accident. The insurance company didn't pay enough for it so I submited a request to JM&A Group to cover the difference according to my GAP. They refused claiming that my vehicle is overfianced stating also that they didn't noiced that when the car was purchased! They are just a scam, they also say that they dont have acopy of a purchase contract and I have to get it from the merchant.

NO REFUND
We purchased an extended warranty thru a Dodge dealer which they said was a JM&A company deal. We sold the vehicle 2 months later and had the dealer file for a refund which we were told was for about $2100. We were informed it would be about 4 weeks until we received the refund. It has been 9 weeks already and JM &A says to be patient that it would arrive soon. Their own paperwork says it takes only 3-4 weeks. We have called and called and only get the run around from them with every excuse there is. The dealer says its not their problem but they sold us this rip off warranty. Don't let dealers try to talk you into a warranty from JM &A.
