Joe Diluca has many flaws
1) he is too concerned with appearances and will never make waves
2) he is ruled by his desire to get ahead and be "prominent" -
3) he is not as good as he thinks he is which leads to terrible results when it counts most
Joe Diluca has some good points
1) many lawyers don't like rats and won't go out of there way to assist them. Joe loves a good rat - easy work for easy mony.
2) he is always available in his office and does not overbook although likely not his choice
3) price but remember you get what you pay for and maybe a bit less.
The good points were hard to find but if you want to screw over some people and take care of your problem by making it someone else's for a reasonable fee he might be a farely good choice.
Beware he is a media whore and you will see lots of press if you hire him,

I met joe during a case try friend had. Joe sucked him in and I encouraged it.joe hired me to take care of all the critical postings on the net. I'm an IT guy and I am quite could at hiding bad posts. It wasn't until after the case that we realized how badly my friends interests were protected. Joe overcharged , cheaper but negative consequences so where are the savings? He even cheated me on my work. I'm posting this to apologize to anyone who post was , spammed in to never never land. I thought I was doing the right thing. I now realize that I was allowing Diluca to screw up more people's lives with his tireless self-promotion. Most of what he speaks is outright lies , deceitful misstatements and gross exaggeration of what he will do. He won't say he'll win but he will tell you he' will get the best result. Not even close. I don't think he's quite as malicious as made out in some posts but the end result is the same. The clients of joe Diluca suffer if his he has any benefit whatsoever. He also speaks quite badly about his clients to judges , crowns and other lawyers, this got back to my friend and was confirmed by two other sources. It just do happens that several clients were described in terms you could not believe a person being paid by would. If my friend was a loser who deserved jail why did you take the case and his money? Greed ! A

Joe spend a bit more time looking out for your clients and less looking out for your reputation. You might find it may improve. Doesn't. Have anywhere else to go but up. The only positive posts are your own or ones you paid for..

I used joe diluca and it was my mistake. The man is evil. Nothing more nothing less. I know lawyers are not the most decent people the lawyer I used on my last legal matter is not a person I like. He is rude and arrogant . He holds himself above his client . Not the type of person I would like as a friend. Though I know the other lawyer has boasted about his friendship with me. My complaint about diluca is the complete selfishness to a degree I previously thought was fictional. He is a psychopath .
Oh and if its sour grapes that you believe lead to this letter you are wrong. He actually won my case. My bitterness is the fact that he also claims to be my friend and that another person who has a connection with me was completely screwed over by the balless psychopath joe diluca. I note his supporters are dwindling. Lawyers abounding the sinking ship they see upcoming. He asked a friend of mine to support his attempt to become a judge. When I heard that his actions finally could be understood.
I was foolish and only suffered by having to deal with a "slime bag lawyer" as one other complainant referred to diluca as .
I was not warned . If you read this you have been.

Joe Diluca is the type of lawyer all lawyer jokes target. Until dealing with diluca I thought the jokes were an exaggeration.
The complaints about him are understated.

Joe Diluca could be the absolute worst lawyer in the city. The 542 complaints seem to confirm it. I was not at all pleased with him. I must say I was lucky compared to others who stupidly used diluca

Joe diluca is a poor quality lawyer. He works hard trying to look good. He is below average. He believes he is good . You can use any other lawyer and get the same or better results 80 % are better.

Why why why why ...didn't I listen to the warnings about this dirt lowlife diluca!
I actually believed his dumb ass story that one client posted them all after an unavoidable conviction.
Diluca said that the crime was videotaped and there were 5 witnesses who gave evidence that said his client did the crime .
He said because of. Confidential rules he could not say what crime or what client.
He totally deserted me . He did more to convict me than the prosecutor!
Be warned or be my celly!

Joe diluca is the worst choice for a criminal lawyer in toronto, the worst in Ontario and most likely the worst in Canada. It's not that he lacks the skills he simply is too much of a wannabe to do well. The client comes last . Joe's fantasies of being well respected and viewed as a superstar ( something far from his abilities) and dream of being a judge so he can "put dirt bags away" are all well ahead of anything that will benefit the client.

What a bad idea it was to hire diluca. Really messed up my case and wound up in jail.
Joe diluca is really bad . Check with friends and on the internet site places.
Bad bad bad lawyer . He lies all the time to.

Joe Duluca stands out as terrible ib a profession where the standards are abysmal. He has no interest in the client whatsoever. I do not know what drives this bloated worm but I do know if he is your lawyer you will suffer greatly
