Bad experience
JollyChic Support Team complaint for order (JB17120302061242036900)
I had purchased from this site. Products were damaged and not matching to descriptions posted by them in their sites. I took approval for return and reason of return was explained to them with photographs. Their sales team mentioned to me that return courier charges will have to be initially borne by me; which they will return if the return is found to be due to their mistake. I was quite confident that I will get my return courier charges. However after return they claimed that return charges are not payable. I kept contacting them; each person said the same (they dont give any justification)..; later to my surprise, I noticed that they deducted even 15USD from the purchase price as customs charges. despite my several follow ups, no response was received. Finally I had posted my review on a site, whereafter I got the customs charges reimbursed. I am still waiting for my return charges to be reimbursed as well
It is with great expectation I ordered the products. however what I got is inferior quality, defective, not matching goods..If it is a reputed organisation, they should respect the customer rights and laws. They should reimburse return charges for the defective and not matching goods
