Omg so ticked with this company and I am one that gives the benefit of doubt but come on . Where is the Make the Cusomer Reasonbly Happy slogan ?) anymore from companies going to come back geez Louise ? 😳 I bought 2 tickets for my husband and I to go to Boston from Atlanta we live in Bhm but it's cheaper . It's our 21 anniversary , wanted a special one ! I talked to a lady on phone she was supposed to fix my tickets that I cancelled at first no problem but then she put us on separate returning flights . I call back to let them know she tells me nothing they can do I only got insurance on one ticket stupid me . So they charge me 75$ for 130$ tickets for cancelling cause I want to book again , they will credit 122 . Go thru airline a lot better I will try something else next time !!!!
