I purchased three tickets through justfly.com with insurance around $3K and due to safety of the trip i had to cancel the trip. When I try to cancel I was told to pay a fee $300+ to cancel to ensure I can use the tickets within a year and exact travel and destination after I paid the service fee.

I tried to work with justify.com to refund my money but they would not do anything to refund any amount of money. After all of this I did some research and FOUND justfly.com is NOT trust worthy and I would not recommend anyone to book anything with them.
