Horrible customer service

Booked my European flights through Just Fly, one of the connecting flights, like the one to Europe, was cancelled. Called Just Fly to reschedule, got the biggest run around ever! Told me they would try and book something, would let us know by 72 hours. Flight leaves in 36 hours. Tried 4 times throughout the day, no help at all. I truly believe they could have cared less. Big shout out to Delta who got us all straightened out and re-booked. As far as Just Fly goes, my recommendation is stay far, far away from them. If there is a storm you could be stuck at an airport for days with 0 help. I also think all of the airlines should refuse to work with them.
