poor customer service
This company send me wrong purchase and when I asked them for a refund or an exchange they promised me to send it. Now it is more than two month since I am waiting for my refund and I still received nothing.

Poor service and not recommended
They had a month to get me one lab coat that would be embroidered, and they couldn't get it done. I had a very important conference and was planning on wearing this lab coat, and they failed miserably as a business. I would recommend getting your lab coats from somewhere else
