Don't JustFly

Lie to your face by misrepresenting the services offered and moreover they lie about addressing your problem once they secured your booking.
Avoid JustFly at all costs and research the other booking companies before committing.
Just don't get scammed.

Representatives of JustFly

When I booked a flight on 3/31/19 from New York to Los Angeles from 5/18/19 to 5/22/19, your website indicated that it was a “non-stop” flight which was false information. I received an email from Spirit Airlines shortly after booking the flight and it indicated that there were two stops prior to arriving to Los Angeles. I immediately called your booking agency to cancel the flight. The representative that I spoke to said that she would reach out to Spirit and cancel the flight and confirm that there were stops. When she returned on the phone, she indeed confirmed that there were two stops. She said that she was going to cancel the booking and request for a refund that I would receive 2-10 days later. I spent a lengthy time on the phone just to get this issue resolved. As time went on, I saw that there were no refunds so I called back just to be more aggravated and learned that Spirit did not refund as of yet and I would have to wait yet again. After several calls to your booking agency (several weeks later) I still have not received a refund. When I called today again, the representative on the phone was extremely rude and I could barely understand what he was saying as there was a language barrier. I had to hang up and called again. Additionally, he was asking that I submit proof that O did not receive the refund such as a billing statement. I was uphauled. My reaction was “are you kidding me that I have to prove that I did not receive the money”. I told him that JustFly.com should prove to me that I was issued a refund. In any event, I now had to take time to go to the library to pay and print for bank statement which clearly indicates that there was no refund in the amount of $195.12.
After calling back, I spoke to a different representative yet again. His name Padwa. He has been the only one that has been very helpful. After being on the phone with him for about an hour, he learned that none of the previous representatives that I had spoken to requested a refund at all “refund task”. He requested one and now I have to wait again for another 2-10 days.

Poorly Managed

Justfly

I will never use JustFly again! They are thieves for sure. I don't know how the date of departing and returning changed before I put in my credit card number. I called immediately, to cancel and was charged $75 cancellation fee. After a long discussion, they charged $45 for nothing. I will never in my life deal with JustFly again. They are the worst pop-ups ever. Be Aware of these robbers!

Justfly

I will never use JustFly in my entire life again. They are such a ripoff. I'm not sure how the date of my departing and returning changed before I paid with my card. I called to cancelled immediately and was told that I have to pay a $75 cancellation fee. After disputing that, they are still robbing me of $45. I will never deal with JustFly again.

Horrible!!! Do not book trough this site if you don't want to be scammed !!! You'll pay for something you'll never get and if!And if you call customer service witch suck off course and it's petty much pointless because unless you ready to pay more money for same thing you already payed for!!!!

There is a cancellation fee for cancellation fee

Due to a schedule change I have to cancel my flight. I got on the website and was happy to find out that I only need to pay $200 cancellation fee and get the rest refunded. However, after I cancel my flight, the email I received showed an additional $200 cancellation fee on the "refunded" part. I was so sure I did not see that on the website and that was the main reason I decided to cancel. I called the customer service, the rep explained that the additional $200 was fee for processing the cancellation fee (aka modification fee) and insisted that it was showed on the website somewhere on the page.. like seriously if you put $200 cancellation fee on the main area and the other $200 somewhere else on the webpage. I ended up losing $400 over this cancellation, and it's almost half of my flight tix. I don't think I will ever use this website again.

Don't expect a timely refund

I booked a round trip flight from Newark to Europe in Oct 2018 for a trip in Aug 2019. In late July my wife fractured her foot. In early August we decided it was best to cancel our trip. Justfly was only one of many travel arrangements which needed to be cancelled. I knew the reservation did not allow changes and was non-refundable. However, Justfly customer service insisted that I could not even cancel the reservation, because that was a change. I suggested the airline would want to know we would not be on the plane and could resell the seats. This went nowhere with the Justfly CSR or their supervisor. So, I called United directly. They were able to cancel the reservation. Additionally, the United CSR provided info on their policy and advised of a web address where I could request a refund for a non-refundable flight, because the cancellation was the result of a medical emergency. I completed the United online request. Additionally, I created requests for the refund of our seat fees and a separate flight from our home in Ohio to Newark. Both were purchased directly from United. Within a week or so all the refunds were approved. The purchases made directly from United were refunded to my CC within days. Unfortunately, they were refunding the flight to Europe (the biggest expense) to Justfly. I was informed my refund would come from Justfly. I received an email confirmation from Justfly regarding the cancelled flight and the refund they were processing. I received a refund to my CC of the Justfly $9.50 booking fee within days. However, I have still not received the refund for my flight. I am relatively sure United has refunded the cost to Justfly, based on how quickly I received refunds from United. When I enter my booking number on the Justfly website, it pops a message indicating the refund has been processed and may take up to 30 days to appear on my statement. When I call Justfly customer service they know nothing. They simply read from a manual that says it could take 6 to 8 weeks for the payment to appear on my statement and suggest I call the CC company. When I explain that their website says within 30 days, they simple restate their propaganda about it taking 6 to 8 weeks. Based on 16 other refunds received for travel purchases related to this trip, I know the refund appears in my CC activity within days of when the company says it processes the refund and not 6 to 8 weeks. It is as plain as the nose on my face that Justfly has not yet actually processed the refund. They are simply playing a money float game with their customers refunds to make more money.

The sad thing is I got a good price for the flight from Justfly. However, their customer service lack of knowledge and corporate level desire to hold refunds over providing customers with timely refunds leaves me extremely frustrated. Consequently, Justfly has lost any chance of future purchases from me.

Just Fly are just Bad People - Lets put them out of business

i purchased a ticket from Just Fly.com that I got to from your website for an agreed upon fee. The ticket was from Philadelphia to Houston, a 4 hour direct flight. The cost was $334. Purchased this on Sunday Feb 2, 2020. I have purchased tickets on line scores of time over the years, i travel a few times a year, although i have never purchased a ticket from this company. ji got a confirmation email, though i was good to go. Today, Thursday Feb 6, i happened to check my bank records and saw a large balance on my master, and checked the name of the biller and thought someone got a hold of my credit card number. I was ready to cancel my card. Eventually i figured o ut who it was....Just Fly. I contacted them, and was told that in the "fine print:" it specifically spells out that the price i agreed to pay, just fly does not agree to charge, and they charged and increased price by 60%. Seriously 60%.
They won't allow me to cancel, even for a fee because that is what my bank suggested and then file a dispute with master card - but they are what on that and don't allow it. I found the exact same round trip for $333 but i can purchase them without Just fly cancelling, the TSA system won't allow it. Iam saddened that this type of theft and corruption is so easily accessed by the innocent public. I will not go hungry from loosing this money. I have worked hard my entire life, i am honest, i care about my neighbor, my community, my country. So to be so taken advantage of like this is just heart breaking.


How would Like this resolved? There is no option for a financial resolution for me. They got me. I am leaving for Houston on Feb 28, meeting a life long friend who lives in California, in Houston for us to celebrate our 60th birthdays. They won't cancel, i can't re-purchase - i'm screwed.
BUT, these are bad people, and they shouldn't be allowed to conduct business this way. Your website functions like abrowser for airline tickets. Where is your responsibility here? They Just Fly.com shouldn't be allowed to steal. They shouldn't be allowed to be legally fraudulent - how can that even be right?

Justfly won't refun you no matter what!

Definitely I would not recommend justfly. And I'm very sorry I didn't read reviews of justfly before I tried to do business with them! Today I twice tried to book a Nov. 2023 Hong Kong Express flight from BKK to HKG at justfly.com. Both times I filled in all the necessary info and, at the very end, both times their site noted that the transaction couldn't be processed. No reason. I then gave up and booked at the airline site with no problem. Immediately thereafter, I received an email confirmation from justfly and of course my credit card account was charged. I contacted justfly, talked to "Jonathan" via their chat, and jumped through all their hoops, sending them proof of my other booking, etc., asking why would I need two sets of reservations on the same flight for the same people. They refused my request to cancel with no penalty because their site had told me my transaction couldn't go through. They said they "couldn't find" a record of this error message. Well, I couldn't produce a screenshot of the actual message at their site because I hadn't made one, thinking their error message meant what it said. Wrong. So no "valid proof", no refund. Never mind that what I did made complete sense and I certainly had no use for two sets of reservations for the same people. And I had actually paid more at the airline site, but I certainly trust them a lot more than justfly. I am going to try disputing the charge with my credit card company, but here's a warning: these people are not reasonable and don't care if it's their fault or not. I believe they are NOT going to refund you, no matter what.
