ticket lies and gave info over phone

Got scammed by calling in for the number advertised on the website. I gave my information and they said they would call back and never did - I believe they are stealing data. creepy co, not worth it, prices are not accurate, don't trust it.

Modifying a return flight

An exasperatingly inefficient customer service.
I booked a round trip from US to India. The first half went smooth but the return ticket needed to be delayed.
I called the customer service for justfly on number ending in 5015 multiple times without any definitive answer. This company does not have a fixed modification or cancellation fee. After checking with Etihad (a company that happens to have a flat 600$ no show fee), I called justfly again to check what are the fees for cancelling and modifying over and above the airway specific fees. No straight answer.
I went past the timeline for the departure of my return flight and ended up not paying anything (since Etihad waived my no show fee) or getting back a refund. A customer service's inability to answer is painful in itself but not uncommon. What I found unpleasantly surprising was the behaviour of customer rep. This guy starts singing out his answers and gives me alternative dates which I suspect were false. He tells me there are no flights in the next week to return back! I called Justfly next day and another customer rep - Who did not sing but just equally rude as well--took eons to get back as she did not know answers to most questions that I ask - she found dates on the very next day!
Its surprising that to not know modification and cancellation fees if you are an airline agency customer rep!

Rip off and SCAM

This is yet another review from a person who has been RIPPED OFF.

I bought a round trip JFK - BUFFALO ticket with justfly.com, paid $250.00 for my tickets +$ 75 dollars insurance, offering me 100% safety cancellation policy. Shortly thereafter, I had to cancel the trip. My $ 250.00 ticket price automatically turned into $216.40 of so-called "travel credit".

When I called to use my credit I was informed that:

1. I was offered to pay an additional $160.00 because the total cost for the tickets was now $336.00, even though, their website was offering round trip tickets with a total price of $196.00, which my travel credit would have completely covered. .

2. No full or partial money refund, ZERO, this is their company policy!

They kept me on hold for an hour, transferred me to different representatives four times. Their customer service is APPALLING!!!! Just AWFULl !!!

I was scammed and you probably will be too if you decide to do business with justfly.com.
