Customer Service is Criminal
This company has been a nightmare since the beginning. We booked international travel through them and after our first flight was delayed 5 hours we were forced to make the first leg of our travel by car instead. We have been trying to work through customer service to resolve the issue and to request a refund for the flight we were unable to wait for. After calling customer service repeatedly, we were told each time to call back in 24 to 48 hours. We have made 7 calls with absolutely no help or "Customer Service" from them. Even after talking to 2 supervisors we have not gotten any resolution on the issues with our travel through them.
I will never use this booking agent again. This company uses their customer service people as a "Stone Wall" to keep from having to help customers. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! You will spend your life "on hold" or told repeatedly to "call back in 24 hours" if you try to deal with them on the phone. They do not respond to email requests for assistance either!

Cannot believe what a joke this company is!! I booked 2 one way tickets From CA to Las Vegas, NV. When I received the confirmation email with my itinerary it had the flights flipped.... the arrival and departure cities were completely backwards from what I booked! I called them immediately to fix the problem. They said they could only cancel the reservation and then re-book it. However they wanted to charge a PER ticket cancellation fee! I am frustrated and agreed to the cancellation fee since they were not going to help me. They said I was going to get a full refund of the price of the tickets within 10 business days. I called them today to inquired about my refund since it has been a month now. They took their cancellation fee the day I cancelled but I haven't received my refund yet. The representative on the phone asked my if I have contacted my back to ask about this refund. Of course I had been looking in my account waiting on the refund for weeks now so I told them yes. Next he asks me to go ahead and SEND IN MY BANK STATEMENTS?!?!?!? Said they needed MY bank statement to make sure I hadn't received the refund already!?!?! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AND DO NOT PROVIDE THEM ANY PERSONAL DOCUMENTATION!

Worst place to reserve a ticket
Justfly.com is the worst site to reserve a ticket. Stay away. They are so rue and unprofessional.

very missleading
I booked 4 ticket to Asia on the 05/15/2018 to Asia and I need to make a name correction. I tried to make my correction online but was not able to do so. Call the company and waited for 15 min on the phone just to talk to a customer service. They said I can't make a name change and had to cancel my booking then re-book again. the total for all 4 tickets is $ 2800. They charged me $1800 as a cancellation fee and my refund is $900. This occured within two days. I paid for extended cancellation service thinking that would be convinient if things don't work out the way we planed.
The customer service people said the insurance only good for 24 hrs. WTF
This company is a scam! I'll NEVER EVER USE THEM AGAIN. So BEWARE!!!

False Advertising
Justfly.com has very poor customer services and provides misleading information and false advertising to their customers. I booked a flight and needed to change the dates and was told to pay the re booking fee. After doing so, they told me to pay a $450 fee for re booking. I told them I was not informed of the re booking fee when I cancelled. They refuse to acknowledge this and refuse to work with me in resolving the issue. The supervisor I talked to even told me " pay the fee so you can re book". This is flight is for my father's funeral but they did not care.
