RIP OFF TRAVEL SITE

We purchase roundtrip tickets and insurance from this site for travel in August 2017. We found out that we will lose our job in January 2017 so we called to cancel the flight, knowing that we might incur some charges. We were told that we cannot change or cancel the flight and that we are out the $1000.00. This site represents all the major airlines and it is disgusting that it is allowed to get away with this fraud. I have contacted both American Airlines and Alaska Airlines to file complaints. We were sold insurance believing that it would cover us as we booked almost a year in advance. That was a joke too! DO NOT USE THIS SITE
