Worst experience in my life

My husband had to travel to BOLIVIA for an emergency. Booking the flight was the easy part. However the flight itself was horrible. the connections between the cities were not done properly,. so he couldn't return on the day of his flight. I called JUSTFLY.COM and first of all, their representatives are all from India and unfortunately I couldn't understand half of their explanation. After arguing with them for more than 45 mnts., they told me it wasn't their fault They are the ones who made the itinerary,so how it is not their responsibility?. We ended up buying another ticket. Worst experience of our life. Please don't book with them.
