horrible experience

This is the most unhelpful company I have ever encountered. In my opinion the are unfriendly and irresponsible. The confirmation receipt they provided me contained incorrect information for my return reservation from Mexico, making it impossible for me to check in for my return. When I tried to use the codes they gave me on the reservation, the airlines had no record of the reservation at all, except to respond that the flight had already departed as the numbers referenced only the arrival. Thankfully the manager of the house where I stayed was able to help me obtain a boarding pass for my initial leg of the journey home.
When I called Justfly upon my return (impossible to connect with them in Mexico), they refused to take responsibility and they argued with me incessantly rather than attempt to provide any compensation for their mistake. I think this must be their tactic, to make the customer so frustrated they finally give up.
