Insensitive and CALOUS Disregard
My dear friend and her family had booked a vacation through JUSTFLY. Sadly, my friends husband was diagnosed with an incurable cancer at age 41. Due to his chemo schedule, they had to cancel this trip. After explaining the circumstances to customer service, JUSTFLY offered no opportunity for a refund or cancellation option. Instead, they were going to charge them an ADDITIONAL $150 per person for the cancellation, and STILL, no reimbursement.
Sadly, circumstances arise. Incurable Cancer happens. It can happen to anyone at anytime and in this case it happened to a 41yr young man, his wife and their three small children.
One would think, a company as well known as JUSTFLY would be more than willing to help a family in an otherwise already stressful situation not have to worry about the money previously spent on a vacation, sadly, they will not be able to take.
There are MANY, MANY competitor companies that offer the same services as JUSTFLY. I will personally be utilizing any of the competitors for booking my families travels, and strongly encourage others to do the same. I'm certain this isn't an isolated incident, and I'm equally certain it won't be the last. My friend and her family were very fortunate that her credit card company was more than willing to go above and beyond to compensate and rectify this unfortunate circumstance. Buh-bye, JUSTFLY.

No Flight Cancellation notification - no refund
We booked a flight with JustFly for our family to fly home from Key West on Wednesday, July 24th, but the carrier, Silver Airways, cancelled the flight early in the month. JustFly never notified us, and in fact was sending us updates to check in and confirming our flight home the day before. Our family, along with 5 other people were standing in the airport trying to check in when we found out we had no flight. Had to pay for an additional nights stay, over $3000 in new plane tickets, a cancelled 2nd flight, lost days of work, and food and drinks for another 24 hours. They still will not refund our money and keep saying it is Silver Airways that has to approve it, but JustFly failed and never told us. We have contacted them now over 10 times and I have the email from Silver Airways stating they are not paid if they do not fly, so there is nothing to approve.
