Regret using them

I booked an emergency flight for my husband and bought the cancellation policy b/c of how hectic things were. I'm glad I did b/c I had to go back the next day to cancel the flight. They agreed to refund me and sent a check, however, I did not get the check and when I called to ask them to re-issue it as it has not been deposited, they said they could only issue it one time and if it was lost, that was just my luck. WHAT?!?!?! I asked to speak with a manger or supervisor and was on hold for OVER 30 mins. I am going to contact the BBB and further up the ladder if I can. When I try to contact them through their customer service email they just don't call back at the time you tell them is convenient for you. I'm not happy with this company or their customer service. Won't use them again and don't recommend them to anyone else!
