bad flights from Justfly

I will never ever use justfly again!!!
They are the worse !!
I had to cancel my fly for my son and my daughter-in law because my son was dealing with some health issues.
So when I bought the Flight Insurance I was thinking that it would cover anything if I need to change a flight or cancel.
I was the worse!!!!
I was on the phone forever and finally the lady told me to that they could be a credit on my account and I just need to use it by Aug18 with no additional charges unless the flight would be more.
Ok so. I call today and want to rebook a flight so she tells me its the cost of the flight plus 200.00 per person to rebook.
WHAT THE HELL !!!!
Please stay away from Justfly !!!
