Terrible Service and Total Ripoff

OMG!!! My sister booked a flight for me and later canceled it. She didn't get the money back and I have 1 year to use it up using the same airlines and destinations. It is a scammed! I tried to rebook this all morning. Talked to 3 different customer services and found out that the website didn't have the credit option available under my login account. I couldn't see the credit available or book my flights with the credit.

Once I got the credit option available via confirmation email from them. I tried to book the flight but they won't accept my credit card information. I am on the 3rd customer service. I kept on telling them my credit card information and bank are not the problem. Their website is. GESH!

I would not use them again and will tell my sister never to use this company again. They have the worst customer service and refund and cancellation policies are not very transparent. It is hidden under the very fine prints "terms and conditions" way at the bottom of the web page.
