WHAT A JOKE! AND NOT A FUNNY ONE

My son, who is serving in the military, booked a flight through JustFly to come home for leave. He purchased the trip protection knowing that his travel dates could change. When we called JustFly to make changes, it was a joke. I had to wait for over an hour to speak to anyone. Maria then informed me that trip protection is basically useless. It doesn't cover anything except cancellation and only then if it is one of the very few things that they deem an emergency - you know like death. She then proceeded to charge me $377 to change the ticket - almost doubling the cost of travel. She refused to let me speak to her manager and threatened to end the phone call without completing the transaction. I will NEVER deal with this company again. They do NOT care about their customers and do NOT take responsibility of any sort!
