DO NOT USE EVER! SCAM

This was my first time using them and it is the last time. I booked 5 people to fly to Los Angeles and it cost me $1900. I had to cancel my flights and they would not refund my money, even though I paid extra and got the insurance. The only option was a "credit" which they charged me $250 and said I can use my "credit" within a year. So now I have a $1650 credit with them. When I called to book a flight to Cleveland for 2 people using the credit, they wanted to charge me $850 a flight plus $200 for each person for a "re-booking" fee! I already paid $250 for the "cancellation fee" and the flights to Cleveland actually only cost $250 so they wanted to up charge me $600 a person. Basically, wanted to use ALL of my credit and an additional $400. CRAZY. So I hung up and now I don't know what do, I can't even use this credit without being upcharged. Another thing, when you call, you are on hold forever and cannot get anyone who speaks proper English. Both people I talked to I could barely understand. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! TOTAL RIP OFF!!!
