Look Elsewhere

I booked a flight this evening from Seattle to London at 8:30PM. Within 30 minutees I called back to cancel the flight
as I decided to wait and consult about the reservation with friends. When I called back to cancel within 30 minues I was told that
I had to pay a $75.00 cancellation fee chared by Justfly even though any other reservation I have ever made before allowed 24 hours without chargng a fee.
THis was a totally unjustified charge and is consistant with the all too many complaints about Justfly. You should definitely look elsewhere for your travel plans.
