dishonest practice
We booked thru JustFly.com a one way flight inside the U.S. Due to health issues we later canceled the flight and were assured we had a credit for the flight. A amount was given (by email) and a full 12 months to use the credit.
Twice now, I have attempted to use the one way credit. Each time the amount was double a one way ticket purchased independently from a direct airline site.
Technically the credit is a lie. If you cancel you lose the purchased amount. It would have been more accurate to say we do not give credits on client canceled flights.
I will never use JustFLy.com again, nor would I recommend it to anyone. Honesty is the best policy.
No deal here.
