Hi I orederd the free samples of pure collagen and lush illumination in June 2012. However soon after the samples arrived i cancelled the pure collagen but have not been able to cancel the lush illumination as no-one seems to answer the phone, respond to messages or reply to my emails.
It says to send back the bottle on the website you need to ring to acquire a reference number but how is one suppossed
to do this when no customer representative responds to any emails or phone messages/calls.
And despite all this i have still been billed £65 regardless of my attemptes to get in touch with the company to cancel my order.
If someone could plz help me resolve this situation i will be very grateful,

lush illumination
I did not receive shipment yet I have been charged for two months now over $99 first time and now $92.67 this month. I refuse to keep getting charges for something I don't receive and I want my money back. This is nothing but a scam. Free trial and then charge over $200.00 for nothing????? Not right. I have put in a complaint to my credit card company because no one will answer at the 5 different numbers I have found for them so far.

To Jennifer Shultz and Bossnano,
I had a hard time getting in touch with the Lush customer service for a while, but lately they have been picking almost every call each time I call. This is the number I've been calling: 1-888-239-1370. Surely, if they can't help you, they will find who you need to talk to. They told me another line of products from another company was on back order for a month and their phones were really tied up but they seem to be better now.
